Eva listened to what Percy had said about him not being attracted to a normal girl. Apparently she was a perfect match for that, because she was far from normal, for many reasons. A smirk appeared on her face at his statement as well "Well then, maybe its a good thing that I'm not a normal girl then huh?" Eva's smirk softened into a smile though, not even thinking about what she had just said. What he had said hinted at being attracted to her, which sort of slipped through her mental cracks, and then her response in turn had slipped through as well. She wasn't even concerned about herself being a veela for once, and was just accepting things at face value. It felt pretty darn good too.
Towards the next response Eva couldn't help but smile. She could cook, just she wasn't proficiant at anything too complicated. You know, making a fancy dinner. However, the offer did sound pretty good, mostly because it meant spending time with Percy, without having to worry about the paparazzi. That on its own was quite appealing. "That could be quite entertaining. I may make you cry from my lack of skill though," She admitted with a laugh. Then, his expression changed as she mentioned that to her, Percy would be cheezies. The reaction was rather priceless in her opinion, he had, after all, asked. Eva couldn't help herself but laugh at Percy's reaction. They really were her favorite, and it was either cheezies, cookies, or just plain old chocolate. Cheezes had won out though, she could eat so many of those before she got tired of them. Percy had then suggested that he saw himself more as taffy, and Eva shook her head. "I'm not a taffy person. Cheezies, cookies, or just plain chocolate." She s miled sweetly at this next comment though, agreeing that since they were her favorite he could settle for that. "I'm glad that you can settle then, because no joke, cheezies are amazing."
Eva watched Percy raise his eyebrow at her and was curious to know what he was thinking. She was about to ask when he spoke again. She was quite shocked at the way that he had spoken. His parents wouldn't care if they met someone that Percy was with? Not that they were, but that sounded quite bad. Then before Eva could say anything about what Percy had said, he clarified what he had meant. Eva nodded slowly, still not really liking his first choice of words. "I can sorta understand that. Fame can sometimes go to people's heads." She figured at least, she didn't know from experience. But she had seen some famous people from a distance, and alot of them seemed like jerks.
She shook her head when percy asked if him being sweet was a bad thing. It wasn't a bad thing at all, but a good thing. In her opinion it was hard to be too sweet for your own good. "No, its a good thing," she said, just to ease Percy's mind. His next comment made her smile some more, especially at the sight of his smile. "I can't exactly say for sure, but from what I recall, its not a lie. School was, after all, a long time ago." She grinned with a small laugh. Percy then asked if she could drop the word 'sweet' because it was killing his manliness. Trust a man to worry about something like that. She shook her head with a soft laugh at that. "I dunno, it all depends on if you can stop being that sweet." She smirked a little bit at that, knowing that it probably wasn't possible.
Eva nodded a little. Her eyes trailing to the camera man again. She didn't like the thought of possibly having to run, but then again, the stories she would have to tell her friends later because of being with Percy... Not to mention the thrill the run would probably be. She thought about how hard it must be for Percy to have to run away like that all the time, and decided that if and when they did ever get together, she would make sure that Percy understood that she didn't care what people wrote about her.
Percy then said that that he would take his question as a 'no' and Eva blushed a little. She had forgotten to actually say that she wouldn't have minded. But then, she had also caught some movement from the camera man, and she didn't want to make any rash movements and risk their safety. She felt that this was now a good time to mention this little fact. "No, its not like that. i just looked at the camera guy, and he turned to look this way..." She gave a soft smile to him, hoping that he understood what she had meant. "I just didn't want to draw attention over here... Mostly because I think he's still loing this way..." Eva cast her eyes towards percy, trying to calm herself fromt he realization abotu the camera man.
Eva laughed at what he had said next about him boring her. Percy was not at all boring, definatly not as boring as a shoe sale would be. "Nah, your not boring me. i'm having a really nice time actually. This feels kinda nice." Eva blushed a little once more at that, she hadn't really thought that she would blush at a comment like she had just said, but oh well. She did, nothing she could do about it.
