$.He wasn’t for sure why he had so suddenly decided to go back to the school. Actually he did but Percy wasn’t really ready yet to admit it to himself. It was a pain, not like an injury pain but a pain of missing someone. It had at least been a week since they first met. Never-the-less the keeper walked up to the large castle doors which he had left eight years ago. It truthfully felt good to be back at the Wizarding School; one of thoughts in his head was if any of his friends from then had become teachers or staff members. One of the other thoughts was where the hell is the hospital wing, again?
Percy opened the wide door and took a couple steps inside. The place looked the same as it did when he was here, which was oddly calming. Anyways, the man stuck his hands in his coat pockets and started on his journey to find the young Ms. Eva. All he knew was that she worked in the hospital wing, but he wasn’t sure where that was anymore. He did have injuries within his years but he never quite got where the hospital was. Before he got very far, he was stopped by a rather old staff member. It seemed that they still had their security as tight. But it didn’t bother Percy; he got past the man with no problem and went on his way again. Again it wasn’t long till he realized that he could have asked the man for help to find the place he was looking for.
It took him sometime to locate his destination. Percy took a detour through the dinning hall. The ceiling was covered in fall colored leaves and a few pumpkin heads here or there, just flowing about. He also past the Slytherian common room, nothing had at all changed, except for maybe the password but The man didn’t want to look like a creeper trying to get into the room with the students. The thought caused his to shudder. After awhile he was at the arch opening for the hospital. It was a clear surprise how he had even found the place.
When he slipped into the room there were only three other people, the main nurse, and two students. But no Eva. The famous keeper swallowed and strolled slowly over to the nurse. Percy took one his hands out of his pocket and placed it on the divider between him and the older lady. The man smiled and spoke, “Is Nurse Eva Tudor around?” He tried not to sound too needy and curious. He cast an appearance as aloof as he could. The nurse was either hard of hearing or was just ignoring him because he didn’t give any sort of reaction to him. Either way Percy just nodded and spun on his heels. Percy sighed and rolled his eyes. “I’ll take that as a no, then.” What else could he take it as? Clearly the older nurse wasn’t a fan of Quidditch; otherwise she might have recognized him and gave him an answer.
Well, Percy could wait till she came back. He shuffled over toward one of the empty beds at the end of the row and he shifted himself on top of it. It wasn’t too uncomfortable but it didn’t come close to comparing to the bed he had at home. Percy chuckled to himself and laced his finger together and rested his head in the bowl shape they made.
He was laying flat on his back with one leg flat and the other bent at the knee. That was making the medical bed more comfortable. The keeper yawned some and was left to his thoughts as he waited. All that ran through his head was his first meeting with Eva. It was fun having a butterbeer with her. All the jokes and hinting comment they made in-between, too. And also just sitting and talking, she was interesting and different then most girls that the keeper had met. She was the more then half the reason he was here. He wanted to surprise her. So he decided to visit her where she worked, which happened to be Hogwarts, which was a place he was curious to see again. Now all that had to be done was wait for her. But another reason why he came was that he felt bad for having to end their ‘date’ on such a short notice. It was that damned camera man’s fault; Percy felt slightly better blaming Him for the issue. Though, the keeper knew that in reality, it was his fault since he risked looking at the man even though he knew that he who most likely recognize his face.
Somewhere between his mind going black and seeing picture and the fact that he could no longer heard what was really going on outside of his mind’s world, Percy knew he was dreaming. Damn him, he had fallen asleep while wanting to visit. Hopefully, the man would wake up, or be woken up soon.

Oh how she loved errand days. The days where Eva got to go off and get whatever supplies they were currently running low on. This was a task handed to the younger nurses, of course so the more experienced nurses could be there to help whatever child needed them at the time. The last time that it was errand day, Eva had lucked out and actually had the day 'off' so she didn't go. This caused her to be the one to joyously go out on this particular day. The weather had held out nicely, and Eva only needed to be wearing a light sweater over her dress with a pair of light colored leggings underneath for warmth. It was, after all, still cooler out than it had been two months ago. All day Eva had been running back and forth between the hospital wing and the various stores that she needed to go to. It wasn't like she could just go have a nice one stop shop, no, she had to go to about five different stores. Part of her felt that the time spent shopping was a bunch of wasted time, but they were running low on some essential supplies. Whoever thought that they would use so many rat tails in healing? Gotta love potions huh? At last Eva had bought everything that was on her shopping list and had apparated to just outside of the gates of Hogwarts. No matter how old someone got, it was still annoying that you couldn't apparate directly to the school. Yes, she understood the reasons behind it, but still, so annoying. The walk back up to the school was plesant though. There was no one around to hassle her about where she was, no body asking her a million questions about what she was going to do. Just a nice long walk of solitude, and silence. Once she got close to the school though, this changed of course. There were several students around, as well as professors. Thankfully her luck continued and nobody stopped her on the way back to the Hospital wing. How had she got that lucky? Oh right, because the young boys at the school were to shy to stop her, and the girls just gave her some dirty looks. She walked into the Hospital Wing and right to where she had to drop off the packages in her hand, not even looking around the room to see who all was there. She added the two packages to the several others that had been purchased that day, and then brushed her hands off on her leggings. Walking back out to the main area she walked directly to one of the older nurses, who was tending to one of the many students who visited the Wing. "Shopping is done, I'm heading out now." She said to the lady, who in turn nodded her head towards one of the beds in the room. Curious, Eva walked over towards the indicated bed. Thankfully nothing was in her hands, otherwise stuff would have fallen to the ground. What was Percy doing here? Was he okay? "Oh my gosh." She said, trying to keep the panic out of her voice. She hoped with all her heart that nothing was actually wrong with Percy, you know, maybe he had just fallen asleep while waiting for her. Then she thought, what if i wasn't aroundthere today? What if I didn't need to go into work until tomorrow or the next day? Would he think that she had lied to him? Would he not want to talk to her again because of that? Then Eva had to mentally yell at herself. He was here, whether because of injury ornot, he was here. She walked slowly over to the bed, and lowered herself into the chair that sat empty beside it. Slowly she reached her hand out to gently shake the man, hoping that he was only asleep more than ever. "Percy...?" She tried very hard to keep any trace of panic out of her voice, remembering that panic was not something good for someone who had been injured. Thankfully Percy didn't appear to have been injured, but that meant nothing. He could have already been tended to and they were just waiting for him to wake up once more. She took a deep breath then, once again to keep her e motions under check. "You alright Percy?" She asked once more, her voice sounding much more relaxed this time.

$.How long he had been laying there for he didn't know., But he did have a pleasant dream. It wasn't really a dream, Percy, while he slept, was just reliving the better of the moments he had experienced with Eva back in The Three Broomsticks. Remembering the laughs, the feel and over all just the amazing time. It was cut short but a shake though.
It was sudden and shocking enough to startle the keeper as he awoke. It was still even surprising to him that he had even fell asleep. He jumped from surprise and ended up landing on his back on the ground, thankfully away from the person who shook him. They probably won't want a rather muscular guy fall on them. No, most likely no one would want that to happen. The bad thing was that the floor for the hospital wing had no padding what so ever. Basically it was rare, solid concrete and it hurt like hell.
When Percy fell his light weight coat-jacket almost slipped off his arms. His outfit wasn't something you would expect someone to be wearing in a hospital. His only explanation was that he had came from a a press conference with the team after a practice leading up to a big game. He hadn't given himself time to change after the event. He wanted to get to Eva as fast as possible. Not that he didn't look bad.
After Pausing on the ground from the fall Percy stood and wince as he bent his back, his eyes closed from some of the pain. He forgot to notice who the person was that awoke him and spoke, "Okay now I think it was a great idea to come here, I do believe I will actually need the nurses' assistants now...." The flow of pain was in his lower back and it seemed just to be a knot of some sort stuck in his back. But he wasn't a doctor or nurse so he wasn't an expert on the subject. Good thing he had gone to the hospital, though his original intention wasn't to be here for the hospital.
Leaning backward and placing a hand to his lower back, the man finally opened his eyes to see Eva. He instantly blushed and straightened his back. "Oh, hey. Um...I'm perfectly fine just to let you know. I have had worst falls then that one." How embarrassing was that? Not to mention that the man most likely caused her to worry. Percy didn't want her to be that concerned for him, he played quidditch he was use to getting hurt and banged up now and then. He shifted his feet some then decided to walk around the end of the bed to be next to her. She was, after all, the real reason why he had come here.
He needed a topic changer and fast. Clapping his hands together then opening them wide, Percy motioned for a hug, though his back still covered in pain from the concrete floor fall. But as good as an actor he was, he grinned through it. "Hug?" He chuckled and his grin grew to a toothy smile. "There are no paparazzi here so don't be shy..." He watched her, she didn't look all that happy, but she wasn't concerned looking, well that much at least. Never-the-less, Percy stood with his hands spread out and waited for her actions in reply. Last time they meet he had hugged her and he just wanted to see if she would hug him. He was getting impatient.

The moments before Percy returned to consiousness were quite intense for Eva. She didn't know if Percy was hurt or anything, but she didn't want him to wake up and see her panicing. If he had been hurt and she was panicing, then Percy would probably wonder how bad his injuries were. But then she also didn't want to appear worried because it may give off the wrong impression, and she didn't want that. As he was still unconsious she admired his outfit. It almost seemed like they had planned to meet that day, not that they had though. It was quite nice on him, he cleaned up quite well.
A few moments after she thought about his outfit, Percy began to stir. Within a few seconds he was on the floor on the other side of the bed. A short gasp came out of her lips, as well as a cringe. If he wasn't hurt before, he probably was now. Only a few moments after he had fallen Percy stood up. Eva looked at him, a small smile on her face. He spoke about now being glad that he had come because of needing a nurse's assistance. "Well, fortunatly you know one then huh?" She began to move to stand up once more when Percy opened his eyes. She was sucked into those eyes again, having almost forgotten just how nice his eyes were.
She watched the blush appear on his face then, and she couldn't help but really smile at him. What a pleasant surprise. "I bet you have had worse falls, but pain is a human thing." The smile wouldn't wipe off her face as she thought quickly about a possible spell that would fix his back if he asked her to. "You don't have to act all tough. I thought we covered the muscle thing the last time?" A small laugh escaped her lips with that. She wasn't one who really cared about muscles, but she would gladly use them to tease Percy with. All trace of worry that was left in her brain was gone now, realising that he had not been hurt, just sleeping.
Before she knew fully what was happening, you know, Percy being there and all, he had his arms open and was waiting for a hug. The smile that had been on her face before only widened. She had wished that the few moments of that first hug had lasted longer, but there wasn't really a chance for that. She tilted her head and gave a short laugh. Standing up she walked over to Percy. "You just don't give up do you?" She asked, standing infront of his open arms for a few moments, holding back the urge to just tackle him into a hug. After a few more short moment she took the last few steps forward and put her arms around the man. Her cheeks reddened for some reason, and she was thankful that he couldn't see. "I'm so happy to see you." She admitted then, the red deepening a little bit on her cheeks.

$.The works made him chuckled, “Very fortunate.” Percy saw her slow her movements and he cocked an eyebrow at her? Clearly she was lost in thought with something, he tossed his head over his shoulder to see if it was something behind him that she was focused. Unless Eva was staring at the wall, he was confused. The only thing that she could be looking at was him. The keeper smiled at that fact, if it where true, and pointed to himself to prove it. Cracking another laugh, Percy put his hand down.
Clearing his throat to stop to embarrassment, he listened to her words, his eyes unable to part from her face. Apparently she had just gone and gotten herself more beautiful since the last time he saw her. Her smile made him grin, he had missed that smile. “I suppose it is.” The next comment made his grin widen and he rolled his eyes playfully. Over course she had to go and bring that up again. But this time, she was the one to start the conversation about it, not him. “Eh, if I can’t act all tough then how can I impress the pretty lady? And so nice of you to bring the fact that I’m physically strong back into our conversations.” He winked at her and chuckled.
The keeper shrugged as she asked him a simple question. He still held his hands up for her as he answered. “Call me ambitious, I usually get what I want though.” Once Eva embraced him, Percy smiled and blushed some, glad that this one could last longer then the first because there was no threat of cameras. Their only audience was the older nurse and the two students that lay on the cots. He would take them then paparazzi any day, even if the situation was still embarrassing. When she spoke her next words, the man’s heart melted. Gently bending his neck slightly, he briefly brushed his lips to the top of her head, glad that it was soft enough to feel like nothing to her senses. “Me too.”
But the position of her arms was less pleasing, not that he didn’t enjoy the hug, Percy was just not enjoying the back pain that came with it. Plus who knew how long they just stood there like that. “Um…I hate to break this moment but maybe you can help ease the pressure on my newly found injury.” He gracefully, and reluctantly, pushed her away from him and he slipped out of his coat. During his years at the school he had many trips to the hospital wing and the man knew that the nurses usually liked to see the area that was in pain be fore they performed any spells. Percy was more that happy to show her his bare back, or front, which ever. He started to unbutton his grey vest, the keeper’s pale eyes not leaving her face. Suddenly he felt like he was a teenager again. Was that good or bad?

Eva beamed up at Percy. How had she become so lucky? Really, how many people can say that they had met a famous keeper randomly in the streets of Hogsmead, and grow to be fast friends. Something about Percy just felt right too, which had surprised the girl right from the beginning. "I guess luck has been shining its light on you then huh?" Eva replied with a small smirk. To Percy pointing to himself with a laugh she just shook her head with a smile. Honestly, between Lance and Percy Eva was surprised she hadn't sprained a cheek muscle.
Her head tilted a little bit at what Percy went on to say about being tough. The red showed on her cheeks at his statement. So, he wanted to impress her huh? Eva's light laughter rang out as well. "Well, I figured I'de give you a boost of the ego considering you fell already." Her smile turned to a small smirk then. "Just don't expect it too much. I may just have to start bringing the ego down to compensate."
A small laugh escapped Eva's lips as Percy spoke. At least he had said usually and not always. She then relaxed into Percy's embrace, thankful that there was no fear of cameras flashing around them. It was definatly not something that she feared, but it was very nice having a moment of solitude, especially since they really had only just met. She didn't care if a couple of students or the older nurse saw them, let them say what they wish. She only had to deal with rumors filtering around the school, that wasn't too bad. A thought about their first meeting flashed into her mind then. Had he made it out of the TB's unscathed? "I still kinda feel bad about leaving you last time. Did you get mauled too badly?" A small frown crossed her face at the picture of Percy being mauled by more people after she had left.
Unfortunatly, once again the embrace was not long enough. A small frown played across Eva's face as Percy gently pushed her away, but it was quickly replaced by a smile. "I suppose I could help you there." Within a few quick moments Eva had bent her knee up to retrieve her wand, which was stored in a band around her lower leg, and had it positioned in her hand ready to cast a spell. As soon as that was done a blush appeared on her face as the realization that Percy was taking his shirt off hit. Eva let out a small laugh to try to ease the reddening of her cheeks. "Oh, stripping for me now too eh?" There was nothing that could be done about the red painted on her cheeks, but a smile crossed her face. "Trying to impress me with those muscles again?" True, it was easier to perform a spell on the body when the specified part was not covered in a peice of material, but was not exactly necessary. Eva wasn't about to mention that small fact at that point though, just because it did give her an excuse to see his bare chest.

$.Hearing her words, the man shrugged and clear his throat. Luck, oh, the luck that had come the day he spotted her, the day he was surprisingly able to get away from his photo shoot. But then he realized something. "It was on you too. Don't count yourself out for a bit of luck." That was true, how many people could say they knew a pro Quidditch player personally and had him popping up for surprise visits? A chuckle escaped his lips as she shook her head. It was nice to know that he was what she was looking at.
A grin appeared on his expression. "Well, thanks then." Percy himself knew that he had a rather larger then normal ego, it made him smile when others brought it up. The keeper was surprised at her comment. He whistled lowly and wide eyed some. "Ouch. Okay remind me not to make you mad. Like...ever." He flicked his gaze to her and held laughter in them. He wasn't afraid of her, sure she probably could be deadly and probably could greatly bring down his ego, but he was pretty sure he could take her in a fight. Whether is be physical or verbal, a psychologically one, he had more of a chance of loosing. The man chuckled and smirked at her all the same.
Eva's words hit him. She cared, but she had already admitted that the first time they met. The Percy paused at, he tried to recall the events after her leaving. Nothing as bad as mauling happened. he tightened his arms around her and replied, "Don't be sorry, anyways I was the one that foolishly made a mistake and had to hurry the end of our date." He smirked at the word. He loved calling their fist meeting that. I had been a date after all. It filled all the requirements for one. Percy shook his head to the question, sure then she probably felt his movement. "Mauled? No, more like drowned with questions, but I got out alive." He paused then continued with a small grin, "I am here after all."
"Good now I get to see how much of a hard worker you are." A smile beamed as he watched her lift her knee to pull out her wand. Percy wasn't sure if she was expecting to see more or not but the though faded as she looked at him again. By now he had tossed his vest on top of his jacket and was fumbling with his fingers to undo the small white buttons of his shirt. Wow, he didn't realize how awkward his was going to be until she brought up the striping point. Both of them were mature, sure, but the thing was that he, well, more then liked her and wasn't quite sure if she just wanted to be friends. "Ha. You wish Eva. Um...one question..." His fingers still couldn't undo the buttons as smoothly as before. The man had a brief though of asking her a question that would be highly embarrassing to answer and even hear the answer so he swallowed it down softly and spoke again. "You mind helping with the darn buttons?" He rolled his eyes at her and chuckled. "Maybe, but that depend if you are impressed or not..." His blue eyes meet hers and asked the question that was left unspoken. He truly wanted to know if she was impressed or not.

Eva grinned with a nod. She really couldn't count herself out of the luck bit. After all, she had met Percy in the first place, and then he had shown up that day. She really was lucky thenw asn't she? "I guess your right. After all, how many people meet a Quidditch player on the streets of Hogsmead and gain a new friend?" The word friend didn't exactly fit what Eva was thinking, but again, they had only just met. She also had not yet mentioned the very critical fact of her being a Veela. In the long run, Eva didn't think that it would matter, but, she still wanted to wait a little, see where this was going to go. For all she knew he could just want to be friends. Eva wouldn't object, but, Percy, right from the beginning, seemed to have something special about him.
She couldn't keep the smirk on her face for long after Percy had spoken. She broke out into another one of her smiles, and gave a short laugh. He was smart to not make her mad, she wasn't exactly plesant when man. "I can't just be sugar and spice ya know. That provides next to no entertainment." Another short laugh escaped her lips at that. It was true, a girl couldn't just be nice all the time, she had to show some attitude, otherwise people would just walk all over them. "Besides, I don't think you have to worry too much about me getting mad at you, your too sweet for that." Oh yes, she pulled out the 's' word again. She remembered their first meeting when she had said that he was sweet, and Percy had said that the word killed his manliness. The thought brough another laugh out of her.
As Percy's arms tightened around her body, Eva began to feel protected somehow. There was no impending danger or anything, but she felt that even if there were, she wouldn't be hurt. It was a little strange, but it didn't feel wrong either. A small sigh escaped her lips as relief also flooded through her body, then another laugh. "Ya, you are kinda right there." She paused then, letting the word 'date' trickle through her brain. It sorta had been a date, kinda like those blind dates in the muggle world that people went on. She smiled at the thought, then tilted her head in such a way so she could see Percy. "I'll forgive you for that slip up, considering you surprised me today. I'm glad you made it out okay though. I was tempted to go back in, but then I realized that you let me get out so I didn't have to worry about anything." Eva smiled at him. "I'm really happy you made it out okay though. I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if you had been hurt and been left alone. That wouldda been bad."
Eva considered that for a moment. Her, a hard worker? Never! "You mean hope that I don't cause you more pain?" She said with a short laugh. Sure, she could handle a simple spell just fine, as long as a balloon didn't pop into her mind. The thought made her laugh, picturing a lump on Percy's back. But that wasn't going to happen. "Don't worry, I read my books, I just don't exactly need to work hard for simple back pain. Broken is another story though." She watched then as Percy tossed his vest onto his jacket, and began to fuble with the buttons of his shirt. Was it that awkward? "Maybe," Eva said with a small laugh, then continued, more jokingly though, "Hey, you know that when I tell my friends about you they will ask me if you're hot. Its a girl thing, duh." Eva was about to say that she could turn away as he undressed his top half, but then Percy said that he had a question for her. Her head tilted a little, waiting to hear the question.
Then it came. He wanted help with the buttons? Eva's heart skipped a beat at that. Part of just wanted to jump right on that, but she didn't want to seem eager or anything, that may end up to be really awkward. She slowly closed the distance between the two again, and reached her hands up to help undo the buttons. Again, just like the day they had met when Eva had cleaned the lipstick off his cheek, it didn't feel weird or anything. It sorta felt normal. Honestly, that scared Eva a little bit, and she was tempted right then to admit her little secret to Percy, but he may have got the wrong impression if she did. Her eyes met Percy's as he spoke again. "Percy, darlin, you came here. Not to mention you defended me agains that creep of a waiter, then you let me escape from the possible photo shoot. If I wasn't impressed, I'd be dumb." Eva held a serious, but meaniingful look on her face. She didn't need to see his muscles to be impressed, Percy's actions said so much more already.
((OH! i figured out their next date....muggle world, dancing. lol))

$. He chuckled softly at her statement, which basically restated his thoughts. But the last word, that last darn word hit him, but his reaction wasn't visible. Friend? Really? But it only made sense, they had only meet once before. “Not many, I will tell you that.” Percy grinned and watched her. She seemed lost in her her head again. The man just kept on smiling, his eyes bright.
The keeper flashed some blush and tilted his head down. The pink tint had could out of no reason. But at her comment his head jerked back up. Pictures of a very angry, yet hot, Eva flashed through his head. He shook them out and spoke, "Whoa...slow down there girl, did not need see that in my head." He raised his hands slightly in the air and shook his head with a laugh. Percy rolled his eyes at the 'sweet' word. it was just fun to poke fun at himself sometimes, he actually now kind of regrets making a comment about their first meeting. He paused then rose both his eyebrows at her for emphasis. "Well, from what I saw in my head...I think I might want to see you mad some time..." A mischievous smirk crossed his face. He shouldn't have voiced his thoughts but he did, he just wander what she thought he saw.
The man chuckled and rolled his eyes, "Okay, well that made me feel better." Percy smiled at her sentences that came next, again, she cared. A fuzzy feeling filtered through his body and she spoke. "Thanks and I'm glad you liked your surprise....sorry I fell asleep though." He smile sheepishly and blushed for a quick second. Clearing his throat Percy spoke again, "I'm glad I hurt wasn't then too, but that fall now must have been karma for having a short date with ya." Then again the keeper didn't believe much in karma, if at all, but he needed something to blame it on, though he knew it was out of the sudden surprise of Eva waking him. That, he would probably never live down, how embarrassing.
Percy paused with his action, mocking shock. He added a smirked serious face at her. "Now, I'm scared." But he brushed the fake seriousness off with an even laugh. "I trust you." The man listened to her voice, good she knew basic. And she was making this too easy to tease her. Clearing his throat, he grinned and winked at her. "Good thing my back isn't broken then." He flick his gaze down at his buttons, fingers now paused from there work. Percy shifted his eyes over to hers. Really? Well, a maybe wasn't a yes.....but it still wasn't a no. The keeper tried not to crack out a very wide smile. So, nonchalantly Percy shrugged and smirked. "Since I am going to be half-naked, you can explain to them in detail about how hot I am." He chuckled softly, "Maybe I'll even let you touch, then you can go into even more detail with them." His felt a sudden tingle shot across his chest at the thought. It also sent a shiver pleasant shiver down his spine.
Once Eva took the space between them, somehow this was different then lessening the space for a hug, Percy sharply inhaled with something he wasn't sure of. As her fingers took the place of his at his buttons, the man laced his fingers together and cupped them around hid head. His pale blue eyes never looking away from what her hands were doing. It wasn't necessarily awkward, he just found it mesmerizing, which was odd. Gathering some courage, the keeper flicked his eyes to her's. He knew she was serious, her expression wasn't the only thing that gave it away. But he was taken by her words. Percy couldn't help but get a smile out of her from this. "So...you could call me your knight in shining armor?" He paused and chuckled but was just a serious as her, in a way. "I mean, I would be impressed with myself too." Ryan Percy Adams

Eva smiled at Percy's statement. She really was a lucky one then, if not many randomly met a famous Quidditch player. But then again, she didn't really thing that many people did. Between all the spastic photo shoots from fans, and the tackling from the fans, it didn't leave much room for friendship building. One of those childish 'I'm the coolest' smiles crossed Eva's face just then, without her even realizing it. "I shall count my blessings even more then." Her smile returned to its normal brightness just then. "I'm quite glad I went to Hogsmead that day, I considered going to visit my parents instead, but then decided that Hogsmead was a better idea. Ya know, candy and all."
A laugh burst from Eva's lips. She couldn't help it. The thought of Percy picturing her angry in his head was just funny. She wondered exactly what he had pictured just then, whether it was an accurate picture or not. She didn't get mad at people very often, so when it did happen she could be very scary. She shook her head, a small smile on her face "No, you probably didn't." She admitted, a sheepish grin playing across her lips. Another laugh cam though just a few moments later though, when Percy went on to say that he may want to see her mad. "And risk bursting your manhood again? I dunno Percy." Since she didn't get mad very often, all the pent up anger that may be in her body comes out when Eva gets triggered. She didn't like to be mad at people, because she scared herself sometimes.
She simply smiled at Percy. What more could she do? He obviously had cared enough at their first meeting to protect her from any possible stories that may have come out of their meeting. They had, after all, appeared awfully close to each other. "Glad I could be of service then," Eva said with a playful bow. She straightened up once more and continued "I'm just glad you weren't actually hurt. When the other nurse nodded her head in your direction, and I saw you, no joke you scared me. I didn't know if you had been hurt and fixed already, or what." The words sorta just spilled out of her mouth. Eva almost regretted speaking as soon as she had, because she didn't want to make Percy feel bad or anything like that, but she had been quite scared at first. "What would you have done if I didn't need to come in till tomorrow, or even the net day?" She asked curiously, the thought jumping to her brain once more. Toward Percy's next statement Eva shook her head, another small smile appearing on her face, the topic a little lighter. "'I believe in karma what you give is what you get returned' Karma wouldn't make you fall for cutting a date short. If you had let me get mauled maybe." She shrugged then "But then again, I don't exactly believe in karma honestly."
That time it couldn't be helped, another laugh came out. Mock shock did well on Percy. "Oh, you should be scared," She said, with all seriousness playing in her voice at the joke. "But I'm glad you trust me. There really is nothing to fear. Ask anyone here, I havn't had had to fix a simple problem more than once in quite some time." As she spoke the proudness that a child would have when they rode their bike for the first time played in her voice. It was hard to not be proud of that fact. "Ya, bones arn't exactly my specialty." She paused and thought for a moment "Maybe I should learn some more though, if I plan on hanging around you much more." She couldn't help but tease Percy a little, knowing full well that she planned on being around him more, and that if he had become hurt and Eva not able to help would crush her spirits. Then his next statement brought another laugh from her. "Ya! I won't have to guess about anything. Boy are they going to be jealous." A smirk appeared on her face once more at that thought, another realization of just how lucky she was came into mind. Then Percy's next words sunk in. Once more Eva's heart skipped a beat. Touch? Really? She probably could get away with saying that she needed to so she knew how bad it was, but that thought hadn't exactly popped into her brain until then. To try to keep her face from turning completely beet red Eva laughed, and added a little sarcastically "Are we gonna have to do some ego deflation soon then?" She just couldn't help herself then. Between the picture of Percy with his shirt off, to actually touching his chest, wow. If she had too many more of those experiences she may just well need a nurse herself!
Eva's eyes were focused completely on what she was doing, fearing that if she looked at Percy right there may have been even more of a scene for the students to see. It was very unnatural for her to feel that close to a person that she had only met once before, but the fact that Percy probably had the same fears as her about people, though Percy did not know about Eva's fears, seemed to have made their bond strong right from the first meeting. She tried very hard to not let her thoughts play out on her expression, not wanting to explain right then what she thought. Thankfully, she seemed to have succeeded. However, just before percy spoke, as her hands moved to the last button, Eva chanced to look up. A smiled came to her face in about a milisecond flat, just from meeting with Percy's eyes right off. "Knight in shining armor huh?' She said, thinking about the term. In many ways, it did describe Percy at that point. He had come to her rescue, by her count, three times already. If that didn't work out to be 'knight in shining armor' then she didn't know what would. "I guess you could call yourself that." Eva nodded as she spoke. Then a few seconds later Percy spoke once more. Another laugh came out of her lips. "Well, I'm glad you agree with me then. Because I don't know how much more you can do to impress me. Seriously, you've done so much already, I'm just waiting to see what's next." Eva hoped that she didn't sound too eager or anything with that last statement. But honestly, how much more could a guy do? Defense, protection from the paparazzi....twice, surprising her at work. What more could there be?

$.Percy smirked, and when she draped a certain smile over her features, he wanted to break out laughing. But no, he just resorted to a chuckle. At her words her stopped and cocked his head to one side boar a confused expression. “Wait. So how come you can count your blessings and I can’t” He recalled Eva telling him not to at the Three Broomsticks, he had given it a thought and then decided not to ask then. But the man wanted answer. He didn’t care that much, he was going to allow her to count hers no matter what. Percy chuckled once again, mostly at the last pert of her statement. He lifted his hands to about shoulder height and spun around on one foot. “Eye candy perhaps?” Facing her again, he stopped and winked at her with tease and joke in them.
The keeper shrugged and smiled. The image stayed in his head and he ended up just studying it in his head as she spoke. The picture wasn’t graphic, just a lower cut collar and a rather shorter then normal skirt with a flushed red, and boiling certain blond in them. “Hey, but I liked what I saw, granted it wasn’t real, it was still sexy.” He reached one of his hands up and rubbed the back of his neck innocently, or as innocently as possible. The man rolled his eyes with a quick playful grunt. “Like you could even hurt my manhood.” Actually, and even Percy himself knew this, but Eva probably could.
A grin found its way to his expression. As she started to speak once more, it almost curved to a frown, almost. It just struck him that she would have reacted that way at first seeing him here. Once Eva had finished, Percy had looked her in the eyes seriously and placed both of his hands on her shoulders. “I’m truly sorry for scaring you like that, won’t happen again.” He just paused and watched her, part of his mind was urging him to kiss her, it seemed to be the perfect time for one. But the other part was sane and he kept his distance from her and let a smile appear on his lips. What would he have done? Her question, he actually hadn’t thought about till she asked it. “Well, I would probably end up sleeping here till you came.” A smirk laced his features now, joking as always. Shaking his head he fixed his answer to be true. “No, I would most likely end up coming everyday till you were here.” Eva had made another comment and the keeper just shrugged. “Then I’m glad you didn’t get mauled, but if the fall was karma, what was if for?” He quizzically raised an eyebrow at her, even if he knew she didn’t hold the answer to that. Smiling the man chuckled. “Well, I don’t either.”
This time Percy didn’t make any word back to her, he just nodded at her statement. Even if it was meant to be a joke of sorts. His blue eyes flicked to her face and he noted that expression she had made, he rolled his eyes. “I can tell you are so proud.” He softly laughed and covered it as a cough, but his grin had crept through even that. Her next words he just simply nodded to again, when she stated that she would have to study more if she was going to be hang in out with him, Percy kept his nod. Once his mind filter through what she had said he stopped nodding and gave her a questioning annoyed look. “Oi! I don’t get injured that much! Sure I do have some scars but only a few!” He defiantly and yet still jokingly, crossed his arms over his chest. But the keeper eased up and put his arms down. “Hopefully not too jealous, I don’t want them mauling you to come after me themselves or badger you about getting them an autograph or photo.” Percy smiled and watched her reactions to his early words. Granted she was trying to hide it, he could still see her face tint change. He chuckled kindheartedly at her comment. “No, no, we’re good, I promise.” Grinning, the man still left his eyes on Eva. He saw her drift off and he inwardly laughed. Clearing his throat he waved his hand in front of her face. “Eva…..Eva….Come back to earth, girl.”
While his friend worked with his buttons, Percy at to think if something to distract him from the current situation. So, his mind debated about what to think about. In the end the debate was what the keeper used to keep other thoughts out of his mind. And it worked. It was up being a quite heated debate and the only thing that brought him out of it was when he let his eyes fall to Eva’s fingers and noticed she was on the last white-cream button. Flicking his pale blues back to her face, one of the things that kept Percy sane was the realization that there were other people in the room. He watched her contemplate his proposal. As she said that he could call himself that, he instantly shook his head. “What if I want you to call me your knight?” Once she unhooked the last button Percy hung his hands behind his back and began to tug at the sleeves. That caused that shirt to slip from his shoulders. Shrugging as he did this, he replied, “Well, seeing as I was the one to ask you on our date the last time and also came here to surprise you……I would say it is your turn to pick what happens next.” The keeper blinked at her with some seriousness, he didn’t want to seem too controlling about what they did every time they were together, he wanted her to have some voice.

Eva smiled as percy chuckled, realising that she had a very childish look on her face. A very slight tinge of red appeared on her cheeks when she realised what had happened, but it didn't exactly bug her either. The she noticed the change of expression on his face, and realised why when he spoke. "Well, you can now, no one with cameras around here....unless the other nurse or one of the students has one stashed...?" Her eyebrows raised at the last part of her statement, highly doubting that there were any cameras around. "remember, we agreed that you were lucky as well." At Percy's next action she let a laugh burst out of her lips. How adorable was that? "Oh, that was a bonus. I went to Honeydukes before I went to the Shack." She pondered for a moment, then added jokingly "Havn't quite decided which part was best though...." Eva hoped that the joke would pull through, because she would have taken meeting Percy before Honeydukes any day. That would have been awesome, then maybe they could have spent more time together.
Simply put, Eva's jaw dropped as Percy spoke. She had no idea what to say to the first statement. Part of her wanted to burst out laughing, the other part wanted to scold Percy right then and show him what he was picturing. In the end, the bursting out with laughter won. Honestly, how could she scold Percy? She didn't want to, because she liked him too much to do that. Whoa, that was weird for her to admit to herself. "I don't know what you pictured, but I think I can promise it wouldn't be as sexy as you imagined." Eva still couldn't get that one sentiment out of her head for a few moments longer though, she liked him too much to scold him just then. that said something to her. "We will just have to find out one day now won't we?" She said, a devilish smirk playing across her face this time. It would be really hard for Eva to get mad at Percy at this point, he would have to do something very stupid to make her mad.
She watched his expression change just as quickly as her's had. It had been really scary, and Eva was very glad that Percy understood that. What he said just then, about Percy not scaring her like that again, she felt like it was a couple who were making up after a fight, and should kiss to seal the deal sort of thing. That was a really strange thought for her, and in a way, it scared her even more than Percy had. Eva forced a smile to her face then, so as to not make him worry. "Thank you," She said, the smile she had forced onto her face becoming more genuine by then. She thought though, about Percy getting knocked out by a bludger in one of his games and cringed a little. "I guess that is a hard promise for you though mister keeper." She raised her right hand up, in between Percy's arms which he had placed on her shoulders, and tapped him playfully in the nose.
The next thing that Percy said brought a very large smile to the girl's face. He would have waited, and not thought that she had lied. That was a good thing. "Well, I'm glad I didn't have to make you wait then. Would hate for you to have to miss out on something important on my account." She let a soft laugh come out of her lips, thinking about Percy missing a press conference or something because he was asleep in the hospital wing at Hogwarts. that was a rather comical thought. "Ya, I am too. I hear karma can be a horrid thing." She smield at this, because as she and Percy both admitted, neither believed in karma.
Placing her hands on her hips in an exageratted way Eva nodded. She was indeed proud of herself. She beamed at his grin, trying to cover his laugh with a cough. "It is quite an accomplishment you know. Kinda like the first time on a broom without the fear of falling. Its awesome." The expression change that Percy went through next caused Eva to burst out laughing once more. "Hey, I've seen people break bones from being hit by a bludger or falling through one of the hoops to the ground. I need to be prepared man." The smile never left her lips though, she was very glad that he had never been too injured in the past, but anything can happen in the future. She smile softened when Percy spoke about her friends mauling her or him for an autograph or photo. "you know, you could just save the hassle and get it over with..." Again Eva tried to keep a serious face on the matter. Of course though, she failed at it horribly. "I wouldn't let them. If they had an autograph or photo of you i wouldn't feel as special." She laughed at herself then, having sounded like a total fangirl for a few moments there. "Oh good. I don't have anything for ego-deflation material prepared yet. I shall make a mental note to do so." she grinned to herself, trying to think if there was even anything that she could use against Percy. She would really have to think hard on it. Then her thoughts were interupted by Percy's voice once more. smiling shyly she said "Sorry, girl moment there."
Things seemed so weird to her at that moment. It wasn't that awkward kind of weird though, it was more the 'why does this feel normal, but scary' kind of weird. When she looked up and met Percy's eyes, and then him saying that he wanted her to call him her knight, seriously, she would need a nurse herself soon. There was no way that she could have stopped the redness from burning her cheeks. She let her hands drop as the last button was unfastened and looked up at Percy. She felt her heartbeat begin to race a little, and she was completely left speechless. Her mouth open and closed a few times before she could even find the words to say anything. "Well, I guess I will have to start calling you my knight instead of sweet then, won't I?" As Percy's shirt slipped from his shoulders Eva had to try to not let herself collapse. Things seemed to be falling into place a little too quickly than what she was used to, and quite frankly, if they were alone, Eva didn't think that she would be able to have stopped herself from jumping at Percy right then. She was quickly brought back, however, at what Percy said next. With a small shake of her head to clear it Eva smiled softly up at Percy. "I think I can handle that," She said, then she remembered exactly why Percy had taken his shirt off. "Now, turn around so I can fix your back before that nurse gets more than she payed for."

$.Smiling wide, Percy laughed. “Good, glad I can now.” He flicked his eyes at her and softened his eyes and smile. At her luck comment, the man nodded and held his smile. Luck, oh how he loved luck that day. If he hadn’t had seen her on the streets he wondered what he would be doing right now. But his smiled turned into a smirk when she mentioned his eye candy words as a bonus. About to add another comment, Percy held off, seeing as she wasn’t done talking yet. Again her words cut him, not hard just at a joking level. Shaking his head he teased back and kept a minor serious expression to his features. That comment she gave would have been a perfect ego flattener.“Woman, what is your damage?” Hopefully she understood what he meant, it could be a confusing playful question if not taken right.
Noticing her not hidden expression, Percy chuckled. He could tell she was conflicted about two option. Option one, just go with it and have fun. Option two, get mad and tell him off for saying such things, even if getting angry was what they were talking about and would make, at least him, happy to see her mad; as he previously mentioned. When Eva started laughing, the man smirked and was either relieved that she didn’t scold him or disappointed that he didn’t get to see her mad. He would go with the relief just to be on the safe side. “Fine, if you wouldn’t look sexy, though I highly doubt that,” He paused and laughed with a small grin and scanned her over then with a shrug continued, “then I guess I could settle with hot.” The keeper took a half step back and was ready to dodge if his statement had worked her up to a breaking point, but it would have been surprising if she did get mad because his words were in the most sincerity. In his eyes, she was sexy, hot, cute, pretty and beautiful and nothing would change that. Did he confess that to her? No, Percy wasn’t that brave yet. Once her words hit him he raised both eyebrows and nearly choked on nothing. Apparently the man probably took her motives wrong, either way it was shocking to understand the suggestion. “Are you serious?”
Damn he wanted to kiss her. He cursed not being a couple, he cursed his lack of bravery, he cursed his cursed his feelings. For all he knew, she was just putting up with him because of his ‘rank’, so to speak, in the wizard society. Like, just liking him because of his fame. Inwardly he sighed. “You are very welcome.” He steadied his gaze with hers and smiled. When she reached up and tapped his nose, sub-consciously he leaned into the small touch. Moving on of his hands from her shoulder and gently sliding a finger along her arm until he reached her wrist, which Percy locked his fingers around loosely and carefully. “True, I may be hard but I’ll stand to my promise.” The keeper held her hand that his face for s moment, thinking about kissing her knuckles. But no, he pushed the thought past and guided her arm back down to her side, rubbing the top of her hand with his thumb. His other hand that was still on her shoulder he removed.
“I’m pretty sure they would be okay with my excuse for not showing up.” He chuckled and thought about his answer. That, he knew for a fact, was a lie. The coach wouldn’t like his explanation too much and the press would be way too interested to learn more. His fellow players, they might congratulate him for getting a steady girlfriend, even if he would tell them that they were just friends. “Karma can be bad, yes.” He nodding his head in agreement and smirked.
The keeper watched her with her hands on her hips and laughed. “Can’t say I was ever afraid of falling off my broom.” He shook his head with a wide grin. The first time he rode on a broom he was just plainly annoyed that the other kids who were having trouble or freaking out about it. But now looking back over it, Percy decided that he used that to cover up his afraid posture. “Okay, so maybe I was just a bit.” He sized about an inch between his fingers and squinted at it to act as if he was making sure that was the only amount he was scared. “I won’t stop ya, go ahead study your butt off.” After that Percy realized how happy he was not to be in a career that required actual study. He was about to answer but then he stopped and let her continue. “Aww… Little fan girl you is back.” He chuckled and added, “Well, you would have the real me unlike your friends who would just have a lousy picture with an inked name on it.” He offered a smile to prove is point, more like his hidden point. She was special to him. He rolled his blue eyes at her next comment and playfully sneered at her. If she ever tried to lessen his ego, within second he could boost it back up. At her words Percy shrugged and grinned. “It’s okay, but the good thing is that I don’t go around having guy moments.”
Before either of them could talk Percy shifted his eyes to look down at his chest and watch his shirt fall of his shoulders. He did want to look at Eva at the moment, but the keeper did notice from the corner of his eye that she was having trouble getting words out. Chuckling to himself and smiling inwardly, he kept his eyes down. Once her words came he dared his chance to look. He did, gazing up at her eyes as he let a telltale smirk crept to his expression. “I will take being your knight over sweet everyday.” After his sentence, Percy pulled the rest of his shirt off from around his arms and laid it on his vest and jacket that had been removed before. The cooler air in the hospital wing caused mild goose bumps on his now expose chest, but he questioned if that was the true reason behind them. At least he had no thick, or if any, chest hair so the view was bad or horrid. The only part the was placed with fine thin line of brunette hairs were on his lower abdomen under his bellybutton that lead down to his- but he was going to go there. All he could do was nod at her statement. Eva’s next words brought his focus back and he fake sighed. “Okay, if the nurse orders…” Percy faced the bed he had fallen out of not too long ago and hopped on it. He rested himself of his stomach and crossed his hands in front of his face and placed the side of his head on them so that he was looking at Eva. The man couldn’t see but he was pretty sure that his back was either covered in a huge bruise or it was stiff and red. Which ever it was, he could still feel the sting of his back smacking against the floor. He winced at the memory and waited for her to assist his problem.

Eva beamed at Percy's smile. Never before had she felt so attached to a person, but then, she also didn't let too many people get close to her. It was hard to beleive that she had only just met Percy about a week ago, it seemed very unreal, almost unnatural. But it didn't feel wrong, which was the key part, which also made it so easy for Eva to smile. It was as if she could do nothing else when around this boy. "Well, if you really felt like it you could have then, but well, we both know how that turned out." Her smile turned to a small frown, thinking once more about that day in Hogsmead. She would not let that ruin this day though, only because they really did have the safety of the school on their side. Her thoughts were broken by his next statement. whatever it meant, it was said in a teasing manner, but she just had no clue what he meant by it. She raised her eyebrows, the confusion pushing through to her face. "Wait...what?" She asked, confused, but she couldn't help but laugh a little, feeling as if she should know what Percy had meant.
Just as Eva's expression had changed, so too did Percy's. Aparently both had thought of conflicting answers, and had to choose the right one. Sometimes that was easier said than done, and Eva didn't really know if she had picked the right one by just laughing. On one hand, she really did not want to scold Percy, but on the other hand he seemed to really want to see what she was like when mad. that thought scared her a little bit, not wanting to scare Percy off when she got mad. Percy's statement cut through her thoughts just then, and Eva couldn't help but laugh at what he said. From sexy down to hot, he had no idea what it meant for Eva to be mad. She stuck her tongue out at him then, trying to keep up with the playfulness. "Nah, well...Maybe, I guess. Though you should know, I don't get mad easily, or often. Its more of explosive anger when it comes out. So unless you consider that to be 'hot' or 'sexy' then I think you may be out of luck." She nodded to herself with that sentiment. So true. "Well, if you managed to make me mad, which I don't think is even possible at this point in time, then ya know, it would be a real test of your manhood. My parents say that I have a 'firey' temper. When I get triggered, I downgrade alot or people's manhood."
Eva's body was about ready to betray her, her brain said that she needed to get to know this boy better, and he needed to know who she was, but her body said to just jump at it and see where it led. For all she knew, really, Percy could just want to be friends. He was famous after all, he could probably do so much better than her. But then, his touch also brough goosebumps to her skin, another sentiment of her body betraying her mind. She looked up at Percy as his hand glided down her arm. She ocused her eyes on his once more, cursing herself for that action the instant that she did it, but she held still. "I'm going to hold you to it you know." Then a smile crept across her face once more "And the second that you get hurt, I'm gonna laugh and tell you that it was going to be a hard promise to keep." She felt then, his hand lifting off her shoulder, and she had to keep from frowing outwardly, so he could see it. She did not want to show her current girlish weakness to him, that wouldn't be fair.
She nodded sarcastically. "Of course they would! How often does someone like you meet a girl?" She couldn't help but frown a little then, thinking about the woman who had tackled Percy in Hogsmead "Okay, I take that back. How often do you meet a friendly girl who isn't tackling you to the ground and forcing herself on you..." She shook her head at the thought, still not fully understanding how somebody could do that to another person. It just wasn't right.
Eva raised her eyebrows as percy spoke about never being afraid of falling off his broom. Of course, she wouldn't have doubted that, he had grown up knowing all about the wizarding world and flying and such. However, before she got a chance to say anything he admitted to being afraid just little bit. She smiled up at him. "Aww, just a little bit?" She thought back to her first time on a broom, and she actually laughed at herself. "Honestly, I was terrified. Before hogwarts I could never have dreamed about flying on a broomstick. You know, you hear about witches and stuff in stories, but it didn't seem real to me." She looked up at Percy once more, a grin on her face "After my first lesson though, it was amazing. I had so much fun, I just didn't exactly want to be on a broom as much as some others." She beamed at his statement about letting her study. "Psht, study. Whats that? Oh right, reading up on those spells to help ya out if needed. Ya, you shouldn't stop me from doing that." Eva smirked "I may just save your butt one day because of it."
"Oh shush you. I'm allowed to have fangirl moments. Like...seriously, look at you!" she took a small step back, raising her arms up and down his body in a demonstrative way "If I didn't have a fangirl moment, I'm pretty sure I would be diagnosed with clinical insanity." She laughed at herself once again, and then let Percy continue. He did have a point with what he said. She did have the real thing. whoa! Back up there. That could have another meaning behind it. She didn't go with the other meaning though, she took it as face value, just in case. "That is true. I totally got the better end of the deal there." She smiled, then laughed at Percy's next comment about having guy moments. "What exactly would you describe as a guy moment then?"
She beamed, fully and completely, at Percy. She would have to try to remember the whole 'knight' conversation considering her present situation. Her thoughts were partially clouded because of his bare-chestedness. She would have to like, write down that part of the conversation as soon as she was in the clear of him, so as to not forget. "I'm just gonna have to remember that now arn't I?" She said with a smaller smile, trying to keep her mental note from getting lost. She watched as percy placed his shirt with his other discarded clothing, and then tried to switch her brain back to nurse mode. She took a few moments to examine his back after he had situated himself on the bed. "Lucky for you its not too bad. Only a slight bruising, which I can fix up for ya." She smiled, and lightly ran her fingers over his back where the slight darkening of a bruise had begun on his back. She put her wand back into her wand hand, and tried to focus once more on the spell she needed. percy definatly was not making this easy for her, though he probably did not know that part. Once she had cleared her mind enough to think of the spell, she mumbled the word softly, almost inaudibly, to fix his back. Once complete she took a step away from him, examining the spot she had cast the spell on and thenturned her attention back to percy. "Hows that?" She asked with a satisfied smile.
((lol, it just keeps getting longer, and explain to me the "damage" thing...i don't get it, lol))

$.He chuckled as he replied to her comment. “So far I’m up to 30 blessings.” Pausing, Percy smirked and added, “Yes, well, hopefully this time doesn’t end like that…” The man trailed off not needing to explain what happened because they had both been there. But all the time spend together, besides those last few moments, were very enjoyable. Eva was defiantly the type of girl that he was going to spend more time with. Percy felt normal around her, which was something that he hasn’t felt in a long time. Noticing her expression, the keeper cleared his throat and offered a small shrug. “If you were ever into muggle video games you might understand it.” He flushed a twinge of pink after that said, realizing how geeky and boyish that sounded. Laughing inwardly, Percy smiled at her. Boys and their video games.
There was a silence and the man wasn’t sure if his words were collected right. When she stuck her tongue out at him, Percy just laughed at the image. She could act childish at times. Softening his laughter, he listened to what she was saying. “I may consider those things or I may not.” He shrugged. “Depends on what you get mad about and what you are wearing” The keeper grinned, but slightly hoped that she may not have heard that last part. Percy focused his mind on her next statement. Fiery, huh? He was liking her angry and bad side more each passing minute. But he knew that she was probably right about it, and that it could test him. His inside thoughts defeated his wall and a small admittance slipped out, but the keeper didn’t regret it. “Okay, fine, maybe you, and only you, could manage to cut my manhood. But only a small cut.”
Percy nodded and smiled down at her. About to add a minor playful comment, he was stopped by her next words. He hesitated. She was probably right, he was going to get hurt and break his promise. Shaking his head, the keeper chuckled some with a hidden smirk. “Would you stop crushing my words?” He flicked his eyes back to hers and exhaled a short huff of air. “I’m trying to show you that I care about how you feel, but you make me sound stupid for making such a promise.” With both hands back at his side, Percy shrugged slightly and smiled small. Keeping his gaze on hers, the man chuckled some. “If you keep doing that then maybe I just shouldn’t care.” He was joking of course, but he modified his tones to sound serious. His pale blue eyes however showed amusement and the playful meaning. As he thought back over his own words, the keeper noted that it would be hard not to care.
He could help but laugh at her first statement. He knew what Eva had meant but it was a pretty funny question. If he were to answer it he would say everyday but Percy would let her catch herself and fix it. Once she did rephrase her question he answered. “Well, I would have to say at least one friendly girl every month.” Pausing to watch her expression a second, Percy then continued, “Now, how often do I meet a friendly girl who isn’t a model or a friend of a friend? I would have to say, about a week ago was the first one.” The last part was nonchalant because he wanted to see if she was actually listening and if she would pick up that she was the one he was referring to. If that statement was really true, he didn’t know, but it sounded about right.
Just like Eva had before, Percy nodded, proud like a little child who just tied their shoes, at her statement. He kept a smile on his features as he watched her go off on her story about flying. He didn’t care if it was kind of long, he enjoyed just listening to her voice and the way she spoke. Once it came to an end, the keeper chuckled. “Me being the ‘some others’ right?” His eyes light up as she joked about studying. He wanted her to study and get more advanced at her work so he was kind of confused and shocked at the first part of her statements. As Eva kept talking he chuckled more, she was joking, that was good. Putting his hands up as if to surrender Percy spoke, “I don’t doubt that you will.” That was true, she seemed to have some knowledge of her work, otherwise she wouldn’t be here. And if she brushed up on some books of hers she might just learn something that might save him if he was ever truly hurt.
Percy couldn’t help put grin while she spoke. Behind her words, the man wasn’t sure if she was admitting that he was attractive. If she wasn’t attracted to him then why was she making a big deal about it? He decided to voice his thoughts. “If I didn’t know any better then I think you just said you are attracted to me.” He shrugged and smirked to himself. All he did to her next statement was nod. She did have the better half after all. Percy was quite surprised at her question. With his response the man shrugged. “Excuse me? Um, uh, I don’t know, maybe drooling over some very hot girl that isn’t your date.” Before she could speak a word to his answer, the keeper added, “But like I said, I don’t do that.”
“You better remember. If not, that I will have to keep reminding you.” A smile crept to his expression and a chuckle along with it. Percy could just picture himself do a thing like that. Once he was lying on the bed, he was relieved to hear it was just bruised some. But when Eva glided her fingers over his bare skin, it caused him to freeze and a chill ran over his spine. The touch wasn’t bad, it just surprised him. After she performed her spell, the keeper rolled over onto his back and twisted his waist to stretch his back. “Much better, thanks.” Grinning, Percy pushed himself up with his elbows and relaxed like that. Chuckling, he noticed watched her gaze and comment about it. “Liking what you see Eva?”
Ryan Percy Adams <<...well that didn't work out as planned....i meant for this to be a shorted post but it isn't...oh and that 'damage' joke is something my friend make up...if you have ever played a computer game or video game and you are a character that has to fight things usually you have a number that is how much damage you can cause to another person or monster....that's what it means...sorry if it is still confusing.>>
